Refunds and Exchanges

Any product bought from Reena Sultan can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/colour/SKU is incorrect

• There is a manufacturing defect

Please contact customer care by emailing info@reenasultan.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once received at our warehouse, the customer care team will get back to you ASAP upon inspection.

All shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer.

We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.

Alterations

Ordered a bigger size or longer length? We got you covered! Send us back your outfits and we’ll get them altered for you.

Global Delivery Partner: We use a third party service to manage our INTL deliveries. Your INTL package can be shipped via DHL, SkyNet or UPS depending on the geographical area. 

Global Delivery Charges: USD 35-42 (depending on the country chosen)
